Usaping Pinansyal is created as a learning venue on how to
manage our finances, prepare for the anticipated and unexpected events,
eliminate debts and build our retirement funds.

The major challenge that most, if not all, Filipino families experience is not being financially prepared for the future, be it anticipated situations, like retirement or old age, or when faced with unexpected life eventualities such as premature death, accidents, etc.

Meet Coach Meline

Meline O. Lagman, AFP®

Financial Literacy Advocate / Consultant / Coach / Financial Blogger

Ms. Meline O. Lagman is a Financial Educator, trainer and coach. As a Senior Marketing Director at the International Marketing Group (IMG) and co-founder of the Courage Zone Training & Consultancy, Meline has organized a number of events to deliver financial literacy to professionals and non-professionals, retirees and early retirees, students and even children. She has guested to various TV shows, radio/TV shows and FB Live shows to promote the benefits of financial education in transforming people’s lives for the better.

She is also a member of the Philippine Advocates for Consultants and Trainers, Inc. (PACT), participating actively in various committees. She is a co-host of the Up Close & Personal online show and an editor of the organization’s newsletter, ImPACT.
